We have over 100 years of electrostatic painting experience on staff. Although location and ownership have changed, we were the originators of the on-site electrostatic painting process.
Service Area
Electro Painters Midwest’s primary on-site service area is Indiana and the adjoining states of Ohio, Illinois, Michigan and Kentucky. For our chain-store and multi-location clients we have traveled to Missouri, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia and beyond.
We have also formed cooperative associations with electrostatic painting companies in other regions of the country. Like Electro Painters Midwest, these companies use top-of-the-line Ransburg #2 electrostatic painting equipment and the finest paints. If your company’s footprint is larger than our service area, we’d be happy to refer you to one of these other fine electrostatic painting companies or coordinate wide distribution projects with them on your behalf.
Target Markets
Our process is perfectly suited for sensitive environment where messy overspray is unacceptable and/or where metal surface require the “wrapping” effect of electrostatic painting. Most of our indoor electrostatic painting is done in grocery stores, office buildings, schools, hospitals, YMCA’s / health clubs, factories, machine shops, etc.
There are hundreds of outdoor applications for on-site electrostatic painting such as fencing, light poles, window and door mullions, trailers, wrought iron, maintenance equipment, railing, awnings, utility compounds, HVAC units, etc.
We also operate as the on-site “Paint Shop” for original equipment metal fabricators and job shops that require a high quality finish. We will save you the expense, space and distraction of running your own painting operations and a cost effective alternative to sending parts out to be painted.
